肥後守 / Higonokami (folding knife)
 
明治時代から形を変えない世界一シンプルな折りたたみ式の万能ナイフです。
素材は硬度の高い青紙割り込み材を使用しています。スタンダードなモデルのほかに、手打ち製造したものや、多層鋼もあり、また、サイズ展開も豊富です。クラフトシーンや釣り、キャンプ、ピクニックなど様々なシーンでご利用いただいています。
 
研ぐことで長く使っていただけます。

This is world’s simplest yet highly versatile folding knife which has kept its traditional shape since the Meiji era (1868-1912). The blade is made of one of the hardest metals called Aogami (blue steel). Besides the standard model, we also have the hand-forged model and multi-layer steel model. You can also choose from the variety of sizes. The knife can be used for crafts, fishing, camping, and picnic. By sharpening the blade, it can be used for a long time.
 
Notice: Do not use the knife for cutting metals.
